Lana Chung is an experienced trainer and consultant with working experiences in Vietnam China, Singapore, Hong Kong, Europe and the Middle East. Lana has delivered various training programs in customer service, selling, management, marketing and supervisory skills for leading companies, such as Bulgary, Sime Derby, Dairy Farm Group, Jardine Matheson, Cold Storage Holdings, Jasons Gourmet Stores, Marks & Spencer, Energizer, Saigon Tourist, Accor, Hyatt and Hard Rock. In addition to training, Lana has also provided consultancies for companies in areas of branding, product positioning and service quality assurance.

Lana hails from a service industry background, augmented with substantial experience in sales & marketing, PR, developing customer loyalty programs, training and instructional design. During her ten years with Cathay Pacific Airways in India, Hong Kong, UAE and Europe, Lana covered in-flight service standards and operations as well as the international marketing for loyalty programs. She was deeply involved with the airline’s redesigning of its image-from personnel to branding and marketing collaterals.
