ISUZU Conducted Effective Management & Leadership Skills

Middle Managers are often referred as the "glue" that link senior management and employees. They play critical role in motivating and developing employees, and also implementing strategy and organizational change.  However, as pointed out by an article from Wharton*, middle managers can be a challenging group of employees to develop and retain.

As a company that understands the importance of middle managers, ISUZU is committed in developing and retaining its middle managers. Therefore, to improve the management skills of its middle managers, ISUZU Vietnam cooperated with SPECTRA to hold Effective Management & Leadership Skills workshop on 10 August & 6 September 2011.  This workshop was conducted at ISUZU Vietnam Head Office in Ho Chi Minh City. A total of 25 managers from various departments attended this workshop.  The contents of this workshop focus on developing skills that are required to effectively supervise, lead and motivate team members in order to achieve high level of productivity. Upon completing this program, participants know how to professionally communicate with their employees, demonstrate leadership behaviors, develop team, motivate  and coach employees.
